Dinner at Nha Sang in Burnsville, MN: Tibetan-style Shapta. Very spicy beef and onions with hot peppers, what could be bad? I don’t think there’s anything on Nha Sang’s Tibetan/Himalayan/East Asian menu that is not totally awesome. Fully recommended.
