Lunch at Victory 44 in North Minneapolis, MN: The Perfect Burger. Served medium rare with bacon, cheese, pickles, and Dijon aioli, with Bacon Fries topped with rosemary and parmesan. This is a really great burger.

MN State Fair Edition, 2013: English Toffee Fudge Puppy from Granny’s Kitchen. This is a Belgian waffle wrapped around a stick, coated in fudge, and then topped with whipped cream, toffee bits, and caramel sauce. Really intense and awesome.

MN State Fair edition, 2013: The North Woods BBQ Taco from San Felipe Tacos. Super tender beef in a bourbon BBQ sauce and coleslaw. Juicy and lovely.
